Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor - Hybrid - Liverpool

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Top 100 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. Due to the growth and development of the firm's Clinical Negligence/Medical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / CILEx to work alongside its successful team of Legal Professionals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing their own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims or has experience supporting Senior Fee Earners/Solicitors with their caseload. The successful candidate will be able to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage a varied caseload, work well as part of a team and on their own initiative, and possess strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.

The Candidate Requirements
  • Solicitor / Legal Executive (grade A-C)
  • Experience in running a Clinical Negligence caseload
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise a varied caseload
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
