We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Frontline Healthcare in the Theatre department.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient theatre operations.
- Develop and maintain expertise in clinical skills and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and theatre efficiency.
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- 12 months experience in a theatre setting is desirable but not essential.
- A comprehensive induction program to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.
