Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer engagement, and improve sales productivity.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Create visually appealing merchandising and window displays that showcase our products and drive customer interest.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, loss prevention, and maintenance of store standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Participate in weekly management calls, report on key performance metrics, and provide insights to drive business decisions.
