We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in scaffolding to join our clients team in a permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee scaffolding contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all projects comply with NASC guidelines and health and safety regulations.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement solutions.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Resolve any contractual and commercial issues that arise, utilizing excellent problem-solving abilities and strong leadership skills.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in scaffolding management, with a proven track record of working with NASC companies.

Familiarity with NASC standards and best practices, as well as relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or scaffolding management.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
