Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services for CNC equipment.
  2. Meet client needs in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Accurately complete and submit worksheets, timesheets, and expenses in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain clear and concise business communications, both verbal and written.
  5. Comply with company health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

  1. The ideal candidate will have a self-motivated and determined approach, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  2. You will be a team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. A full UK driving license is required.

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will work 75 hours per fortnight, Tuesday to Saturday, with alternate Sundays on-call on a paid overtime basis. Exact working hours will be flexible to meet client demands, with a start time no later than 08:00 daily unless otherwise arranged. A one-hour unpaid lunch break will be provided per day, with possible additional overtime working by prior arrangement to satisfy client needs.
