We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our precision engineering parts.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using verniers, callipers, micrometres, gauges, and projectors.
- Operate CMM inspection machines (training will be provided).
- Support the internal non-conformance process.
- Liaise closely with the engineering department to ensure the smooth transition of NPI.
- Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances with dimensional measurement tools (verniers, micrometres, gauges, etc).
- Knowledge of optical measurement machines, shadowgraphs, and 3D scanners is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Late shift - Monday to Wednesday 16:30pm - 02:30am, Thursday 16:30pm - 01:30am.
