Job Title: Quality Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our precision engineering parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using verniers, callipers, micrometres, gauges, and projectors.
  • Operate CMM inspection machines (training will be provided).
  • Support the internal non-conformance process.
  • Liaise closely with the engineering department to ensure the smooth transition of NPI.
Requirements:
  • Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances with dimensional measurement tools (verniers, micrometres, gauges, etc).
  • Knowledge of optical measurement machines, shadowgraphs, and 3D scanners is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours:

Late shift - Monday to Wednesday 16:30pm - 02:30am, Thursday 16:30pm - 01:30am.
