Job Summary:

Our client, a leading commercial valuations firm, is seeking an experienced RICS registered valuer to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the commercial valuations team, you will contribute to the growth of the business, build strong client relationships, and work closely with the department partners to expand the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough valuations of commercial properties across the East Midlands, West Midlands, and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored valuation services.
  • Collaborate with the department partners to identify new business opportunities and expand the team's capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • RICS registration and a strong background in commercial valuations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide accurate valuations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
