Position Overview

We are looking for a General Sonographer to join our esteemed organization, Pulse Healthcare.

Location: South Wales

Compensation: £53 per hour - Outside IR35

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full Time / Part Time options available)

Role Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Musculoskeletal and General Ultrasound, demonstrating proficiency in various imaging techniques, including:

  • Abdominal Ultrasound
  • Gynecological Imaging
  • Urinary Tract Scanning
  • Thyroid Ultrasound
  • Testicular Imaging

If you have expertise in some or all of these areas, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Qualifications Required
  • DCR (R), Degree or BSc in Radiography, Midwifery, Nursing, Science, Health Science, or an equivalent qualification
  • Post-graduate qualification in ultrasound, such as a Pg Certificate or Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (DMU) or equivalent
  • Documented evidence of completed and planned Continuing Professional Development
Essential Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience within the NHS
  • Comprehensive ultrasound experience, including musculoskeletal, gynecological, general medical, and small parts ultrasound
