Your role will involve delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region, working independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient delivery. You'll be the face of Royal Mail in your area, providing a friendly and helpful service to our customers.

We're looking for someone who is upbeat, independent, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of community and a pride in what they do. You'll need to be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather, and have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

In return, we offer market-leading pay and benefits, including pay that's 10% above the market average, overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, and 22.5 days holiday rising with length of service. You'll also have access to our company pension scheme, uniform, and a range of discounts and benefits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver mail and parcels to customers across the region
