Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our client, a leading Groundwork and Civil Engineering Contractor, in their expansion. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of groundworks, roads, and sewers, as well as 278 works, on multiple residential schemes between £2-15 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement site plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and plant hire.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the Groundwork and Civil Engineering industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of groundworks, roads, and sewers, as well as 278 works.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Validated qualifications and certifications in relevant fields.
