Position Overview

We are seeking a new professional to fill the role of

Corporate Housing and Departure Services Coordinator (focused on the Swiss Market)

(Flexible options for part-time or full-time employment)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of corporate apartments and maintain communication with property owners and real estate agents.
  • Engage with corporate clients, tenants, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Arrange hotel accommodations for incoming expatriates.
  • Provide essential administrative support in managing furnished properties.
  • Facilitate departure services for expatriates, including assistance with exit inspections, insurance claims, and deposit recovery.
  • Coordinate and manage pre-exit inspections, property viewings, move-in and move-out processes, cleaning, and key management.
  • Handle customer inquiries independently.
  • Assist with invoice processing, verification, and accounting tasks.
  • Maintain and update data management systems.

Qualifications

  • A strong customer service orientation and a methodical approach to work.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable with various IT tools and applications.
  • A collaborative team player who is open to sharing responsibilities.
  • Quick learner with a good numerical aptitude.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate processes, including leases, inspections, and insurance claims.
  • Fluent in French or German, with a professional proficiency in English.
