About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning digital and print assets that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a range of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email banners, landing pages, flyers, and posters.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns, and contribute to the visual content strategy across print, video, and digital.
  • Ensure brand consistency and evolve the brand identity by staying up-to-date with design trends, tech, and best practices.
  • Work autonomously to tell the brand's story in a way that motivates and inspires our audience.

About You

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in a B2C business.
  • Excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent video production and editing experience.
  • Knowledge/experience of the travel or retail sector.
  • Motion graphics and animation experience.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing strategy.
  • A good understanding of social media platforms.
  • An understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS.
