About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Transport Assistant to join our team at EMED Group. As a Community Transport Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients and passengers with special educational and disability needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest level of care and support for our patients and passengers.
  • Drive safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless transportation services and support.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, passengers, and colleagues, providing emotional support and reassurance when needed.
  • Meet the requirements of a full manual UK driving license with no more than three penalty points and pass a DVLA D4 Medical.
