About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Engineer to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our International Consumer Bank, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer journeys for our digital retail bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with internal groups and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementations
  • Engage stakeholders to drive a productivity agenda across Operations teams
  • Coordinate project activities across client service, operations, technology, and cross-functional groups
  • Monitor project status, mitigate risks, and manage stakeholder expectations
Requirements
  • Strong experience in UK Retail Banking functions, preferably in digital banking channels
  • Business process management experience, including analyzing as-is processes, mapping process flows, and implementing improvements
  • Transformation experience in various implementation environments, including process reengineering and greenfield implementations
  • Consulting experience in a similar industry from a reputable firm is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to the UK retail banking landscape, products, and regulation
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Consulting experience with large-scale transformation initiatives within retail banking
