About the Role

Fabric Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and innovation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to resolving conflicts and issues.
• Support the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions and talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
• Advise on pay, benefits, and employee assistance programs to ensure a competitive and supportive work environment.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changing legislation and best practices.
• Guide Managers through probation reviews, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met.
• Utilize strong knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases and providing expert advice on HR matters.
