The Head Teacher will be responsible for providing professional leadership and management of the school, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students while conducting the school's affairs in a manner that benefits both the students and the community. This will be achieved by pursuing established objectives and implementing policies set forth by the education authority, under the overall guidance of the Director of Education and Social Care.
The primary duties of the Head Teacher include:- Leading and managing the learning and teaching processes
- Developing and supporting staff, students, and young individuals
- Driving change and improvement initiatives
- Utilizing resources efficiently
- Fostering community engagement
