About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our Programme Management team at Simply Business. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale cross-functional change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programme strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Monitor and report on programme progress to stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of programme management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
