Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PP Associates Ltd. Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee the quality control process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of precision and reliability. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in managing quality control processes, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, including defect rates and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in managing quality control processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Proficiency in quality control software and tools, such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
