Job Description

Job Title: Compliance Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Co-ordinator to join our team at Chip. As a Compliance Co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our financial promotions are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review financial promotions to ensure they are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Provide education and training to the business on compliance matters
  • Work with the business to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Review and update policies to ensure they are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the submission of regulatory reports to the FCA
  • Build strong relationships with the business to deliver a collaborative working environment

Requirements:

  • Good experience of financial promotions signoff
  • Deep understanding of the Financial Services regulatory framework in the UK
  • Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compliance and financial services
  • Previous experience in a financial services compliance role, particularly in Payment Services and Investments
  • Competence in planning and conducting monitoring/assurance reviews
  • A Compliance qualification (desirable)
