About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our dedicated Laboratory team at Müller. This role is essential in ensuring that our products adhere to the highest quality standards before they reach our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and document any hazards, incidents, or potential risks in production and laboratory settings.
2. Lead initiatives for Food Safety and Quality Compliance during shifts.
3. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring ongoing professional growth for Specialists and Shift Quality Compliance Technicians.
4. Organize routine activities and scheduled tasks within both Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratories to ensure timely completion.
5. Analyze data and results from laboratory tests and audits to identify trends and drive improvements in Quality KPIs.
6. Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses to determine corrective and preventive actions for any non-conforming products and raw materials.
7. Perform internal audits as per the audit schedule and assist the Quality team during external audits.
8. Ensure compliance with CLAS standards in laboratory areas by maintaining accurate documentation and leading cleaning protocols.
9. Oversee the performance of the shift team in External Proficiency, including Process & Production.
10. Lead validation projects to foster innovation within the laboratories.
11. Conduct testing of ingredients and finished products, and prepare samples for external analysis, ensuring adherence to schedules.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Dairy or Food Manufacturing.
- A scientific background in Chemistry and/or Microbiology or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in internal auditing and technical report writing.
- Experience in leading a small team with the ability to motivate in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the capability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- A proactive approach to personal and team development.
- Capacity to make informed decisions.
