Job Description

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Shift Engineers

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Central England

Salary: £52,000 + £5k signing on bonus + £8k relocation package + overtime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join our team at Omega, part of the Staffline Group. As a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine machinery and equipment to report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements
  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules
  • Share good ideas to form mini-projects to improve plant performance, including machinery modifications

Requirements:

  • ONC - Multi-skilled Engineering
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or maintenance
  • HND or HNC diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Equivalent qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background
