We are seeking an experienced Regional Resourcing Consultant to join our team in the Central Region. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful recruitment of support staff across the region.

About the Role

The Regional Resourcing Consultant will work closely with Area Managers, Team Managers, and Senior Support Workers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. This will involve advertising local opportunities, maintaining a database of candidates, attending recruitment events, and collaborating with the Talent Resource Manager and local managers on retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the Central Region
  • Work closely with Area Managers, Team Managers, and Senior Support Workers to ensure successful recruitment of support staff
  • Advertise local opportunities and maintain a database of candidates
  • Attend recruitment events and collaborate with the Talent Resource Manager and local managers on retention strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Recruiter, preferably in Social Care
  • Excellent analytical skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
