Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee in Bolton. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with new clients, managing your portfolio of clients, and closing business deals.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to kick-start their career in sales and is looking for a company that offers training, coaching, and development opportunities. As a Sales Trainee, you will work in a B2B environment and have the chance to consistently grow and progress in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage your portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships with new clients to close business deals.
- Obtain outbound calls to generate new accounts and conduct market research to ensure you are knowledgeable about competitors.
- Undertake rotations around the business to ensure you understand all aspects of the process and gain real exposure to the warehouse and building a thorough understanding of the products.
- Create, qualify, and manage the entire sales cycle, including obtaining enquiries from existing and potential customers and negotiating payment terms.
- Identify future tactics to secure or develop the business and use the pool of non-allocated customers to win and develop business.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development and ability to cold call as well as account management.
- Good IT skills and excellent communication skills.
- Driven attitude and ability to work to daily targets.
