As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project that involves simulating and designing a new low energy muon beamline at the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source.
About the Project
The project aims to build on existing work to simulate and design a new low energy muon beamline at ISIS. The simulations performed will have a significant impact on the future of this long-term project and will answer the key question of how best to manipulate the existing ISIS muon beam to enable new types of low energy muon experiments.
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about advancing our understanding of the universe. Our team is made up of experts in various fields, including particle physics, materials science, and engineering. You will have the opportunity to work alongside world-leading researchers and scientists, and contribute to the development of new technologies and techniques.
About the Placement
