Job Title: Multi Skilled Ground Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Ground Worker to join our Homefix External Repairs Team at Saxon Weald.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work as part of a dynamic team, delivering high-quality external repairs to our customers' homes. As a Multi Skilled Ground Worker, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including fencing, concrete path repairs, underground drainage, and general repairs to the exterior of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out responsive repairs at customers' homes, including fencing, concrete path repairs, and underground drainage.
  • Conduct general repairs to the exterior of our properties, including facia and soffit repairs/replacements, and gutter repairs/clearances.
  • Work at heights to carry out domestic guttering clearances and repairs on various property types.
  • Proactively problem-solve and demonstrate the values of Saxon Weald, using initiative to deal with day-to-day issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience of all types of domestic fencing, including chain-link.
  • Experience of groundworks, including repairing and replacing concrete paths/ramps, paving slabs, tarmac, and underground drainage.
  • Brickwork skills, including repointing and general repairs.
  • Experience of facia and soffit repairs/replacements, and gutter repairs/clearances.
  • Evidence of delivering great customer service.
  • Confident and competent in utilising IT.
