Project Delivery Manager for Acquisition

Role Overview: You will oversee the execution of acquisition and design-oriented initiatives, which encompass various activities such as new Code acquisition, upgrades, NTQs, lease renewals, and site share applications. Your focus will be on the continuous management of a specific set of projects within a designated geographic area or customer program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property transaction activities across a defined group of sites to meet Cornerstone, customer, and shareholder objectives through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, third-party agents, and suppliers.
- Handle a range of property-related transactions, including lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and upgrades pertinent to assets within the specified region or program.
- Identify and manage dependencies within the region or program, coordinating with other Cornerstone teams (Demand, Finance, Legal) through meticulous planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure targets are met.
- Maintain an updated forecast of all work streams (renewals, NTQ, acquisitions, etc.) by tracking third-party supplier projections to provide visibility into future activities.
- Achieve defined Capex and Opex targets by applying established standards, policies, and expertise, while escalating exceptions to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Utilize asset management and property expertise to support and validate the work of third-party suppliers, ensuring site-specific issues are addressed effectively.
- Ensure security of tenure and maintain shareholder interests through proficient management of Acquisition Agents, Estates Partners, and Legal Partners, including clear visibility of acquisition delivery timelines.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build and sustain effective working relationships with the Estates team, shareholder regional teams, and other Cornerstone teams to ensure consistent application of Cornerstone policy and improve the likelihood of achieving objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement and take ownership of specific issues to drive performance improvements and meet targets.
- Supplier Management: Oversee third-party suppliers to ensure they meet agreed targets across a defined group of sites, fostering an environment that promotes success and aligns with business objectives.
- Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and document risks, issues, and dependencies in our internal risk management systems, managing their mitigation and resolution or escalating unresolved matters.
- Compliance & Security: Actively support health and safety, environmental, business continuity, and information security measures that fulfill our obligations to customers.
