Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Maintenance Engineer - Technical Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and knowledge on plant equipment, PLC's, robotics, drives, and electrical/mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical knowledge on plant-wide equipment
  • Technical support to the maintenance team on fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Work across PLC systems, controls, robotics, drives, and electrical systems
  • Adjust, calibrate, and monitor inverter drives and temperature controllers
  • Support in the development of preventative maintenance planning
  • Planned and reactive maintenance on production plant and equipment
  • Respond to breakdowns and resolve faults quickly
  • Continuous improvement and machine upgrades
  • Complete and update robotic software and backups

Requirements:

  • Level 3 apprenticeship in Engineering, Mechatronic, or Electrical
  • Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing/production setting
  • Excellent technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Multi-skilled across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experienced working with PLC's, control systems, and preferably robotics
  • Strong fault finding and troubleshooting skills
