Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff and partners.
- Collaborate with our team to design and implement support services that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Provide coaching and guidance to individuals who have experienced trauma, promoting their recovery and well-being.
- Contribute to the development of our organization's policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practices in the field.
- Proven experience in training, education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and mental health support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A competitive salary of £29,439 - £32,020.
