We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer to contribute to our cutting-edge e-trading solutions. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in low latency programming to develop high-performance applications for the Front Office/Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-performance Java solutions for e-trading, utilizing your knowledge of low latency programming.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and optimize system architecture, incorporating frameworks such as LMAX Disruptor, Aeron, Coral Sequencer, Gemfire, and Gridgrain/Ignite.
- Conduct JVM tuning and Garbage Collector tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, focusing on low-level details and code optimization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on low latency programming.
- Proven track record of working in e-trading environments within Front Office/Capital Markets.
- Proficiency in JVM tuning and Garbage Collector tuning techniques.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts at a granular level.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following frameworks: LMAX Disruptor, Aeron, Coral Sequencer, Gemfire, Gridgrain/Ignite.
