About Our Team

The Opportunity

Our team has experienced consistent revenue growth in recent years, driven by increasing complex mandates and strong client demand both in the UK and internationally. The practice continues to innovate as it expands into the technology sector. Consequently, we recognize the importance of investing in talent and are eager to further develop our Associate team.
From the outset, you will be involved in a variety of projects, including drafting global policies and procedures, addressing disciplinary and grievance matters, managing restructures and redundancies, navigating TUPE, and implementing changes to terms and conditions. We understand that exceptional client service is fundamental to our success and sets us apart from our competitors.
About You
You will be a qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Wales, ideally possessing between 2 and 5 years of PQE. A strong interest in employment law is essential, along with excellent academic credentials.
Effective matter management is crucial, as is ambition, self-motivation, and the capability to deliver high-quality work independently. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, exhibit intellectual curiosity, and enjoy tackling complex legal challenges.
