We specialize in hospitality, gaming + entertainment, urban + mixed-use, and high-end residential design, with a 'people and planet first' approach to design. Our integrated, multidisciplinary practice operates globally, from initial feasibility studies to finishing touches.

Senior Analyst Role

We are hiring a Senior Analyst for our London office, as part of our Advisory team. This role involves working with clients to evaluate market and economic feasibility of hotels, mixed-use resorts, and leisure destinations worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on research and data collection activities
  • Design and support engaging workshops with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine impact on client development opportunities
  • Apply interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration to ground ideas in research insights and constraints
  • Have a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs
  • Work closely with the Senior Consultant and Advisory Studio Director and team to ensure project success

Qualifications

  • A degree in real estate, economics, tourism, or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • A background in real estate/hotel development and/or consulting is preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment under pressure
  • Critical and creative thinker
  • Clear communicator and presenter of ideas, findings, and/or point of view
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly numerate and competent with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modelling
  • Well-travelled with a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs
  • Organizational skills are essential and good coordination of project administration and internal corporate support
  • A passion for leisure and tourism, and a solid understanding of the hospitality sector
  • Second language is an advantage
