About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LARC Fitter to join our team at Solihealth Limited. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to patients, including the fitting and removal of Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical services to patients, including assessment, history taking, and clinical examination.
  • Identify and provide appropriate methods of contraception, including LARC devices.
  • Initiate treatment and plans of care, including independent assessment for provision of medications.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring dignity, respect, and clear communication.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Appropriate clinical qualification, such as Registered Nurse or General Practitioner.
  • Non-Medical Prescriber (if applicable).
  • Letter of competence for implant and/or coil fittings.
  • Understanding of the sexual health agenda locally and nationally.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the needs of vulnerable or seldom heard groups/communities in relation to sexual health.
