HGV Class 1 Operators Required

Logistics People are seeking HGV Class 1 Operators to join our team on a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) basis.

About the Role:

As a vital member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving: Operating modern vehicles to transport goods efficiently.
  • Trunking: Engaging in regular routes, including long-distance transportation between distribution centers.
  • General Haulage: Moving various types of products from one location to another.
  • Manual Handling: Physically lifting and moving goods during loading and unloading processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues to maintain vehicle safety.
  • Maintaining accurate delivery records and logbooks in compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess a valid HGV Class 1/C+E License and have a minimum of 6 months of relevant driving experience.
