KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize a handheld device to assess tasks and communicate findings for accurate quotations.
  • Identify and resolve issues across various trades related to repair requests.
  • Perform a range of domestic maintenance duties, including general property upkeep.
  • Engage in responsive maintenance and manage void property tasks.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to the highest quality standards.
  • Complete all assignments efficiently and cost-effectively, minimizing downtime and reporting any challenges to the Resource Controller or Supervisor.

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday.

COMPENSATION:
£180 per day (CIS). A van and tools are necessary for this role.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • NVQ trade qualifications.
  • Experience in multi-trade roles.
  • Valid full driving license.
  • A DBS check will be required prior to starting the position.
