Key Responsibilities
As a Fire and Security Systems Technician, you will be tasked with the design, implementation, and maintenance of Fire and Security systems that adhere to current regulations and meet customer specifications. Your contributions will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service, with recognition for your efforts.
- Maintaining Fire & Security Systems within your designated area and responding to service requests in accordance with established standards.
- Planning and executing both routine and reactive site visits, ensuring effective communication with clients.
- Managing stock levels with assistance from the Stores team.
- Participating in training sessions as necessary.
- Attending Engineering team meetings as required.
- Identifying personal training and development needs to enhance customer service delivery.
Systems Knowledge
Familiarity with the following systems is essential:
- Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec
- Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco
- CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems
- Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto
Candidate Profile

- A technical background in the electrical or electronic industry.
- A comprehensive understanding of Fire and Security Systems.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
