About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Dale Farm. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our central information systems, ensuring timely data delivery for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line support for central systems, including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Participate in the Group ERP Upgrade project as a key team member
  • Implement and manage projects, including specification development, resource planning, project reporting, issue management, and change control
  • Conduct system testing in line with best practices
  • Analyze existing systems and business processes, identifying gaps and proposing new solutions
  • Develop close working relationships with colleagues, developers, testers, and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with external and internal suppliers and customers to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical and industry developments
  • Identify and implement process improvements to meet business goals
About You

We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual with a strong background in IT and business process improvement. The successful candidate will have a 3rd-level qualification in an IT-related field and a minimum of 1 year's experience in the field or a related area.

Demonstrable teamwork skills are essential, and you will be able to showcase your experience in End-to-End system implementation, along with working knowledge of SQL Server.

Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Understanding of Microsoft Power Automate, including standard connectors with Power Apps and other associated products
