About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax & Trusts Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for a broad and varied caseload, including creating settlements, managing and administering trusts, and providing specialist tax advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of trust settlements, trust administration, and associated specialist tax advice
  • Deliver on agreed cases, source new opportunities, and support the overall profile of the team
  • Proactively attract work according to the needs of the firm
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build appropriate relationships with clients
  • Adhere to agreed quality procedures and management systems
  • Undertake and deliver work in a commercially effective manner
  • Develop technical and non-technical skills to meet client and firm requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of PQE in Private Client Tax & Trusts
  • Strong legal skills in Private Client setting
  • Demonstrable practical experience in Private Client, ideally a minimum of 3 years PQE
  • Proven results in supporting business development across a team or firm
  • Working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Leadership and management experience to assist with leading and growing our trusts team
