Job Summary

Reed is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's HR function and providing expert advice on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee matters, including disciplinary procedures, performance management, flexible working requests, and phased returns, while fostering positive employee relations.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address employee relations issues, recommending corrective measures as needed.
  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and workforce management strategies.
  • Collaborate with line managers to maintain acceptable absence levels, utilizing occupational health services when necessary.
  • Contribute to the rollout of a new cloud-based HR system in conjunction with the project team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' advisory experience in a similar role.
  • CIPD level 5 qualification (desirable).
  • Demonstrate proven experience in handling high volumes of employee relations cases with successful outcomes.
