Responsibilities

As a Culinary Specialist, your primary focus will be in the kitchen, where you will assist in crafting and presenting delectable dishes from scratch, utilizing fresh and seasonal ingredients. Your culinary creations will be served directly to our visitors. Following the guidelines of our 'National Trust Cookbook', you will prepare, measure, and mix ingredients. Additionally, you will assist with deliveries and maintain a clean kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while facilitating smooth service. We will provide you with a tailored induction and training in food safety and allergens, along with any necessary mentoring to support your role.
