About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic to join our team at HMP Bristol. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals in custody.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans for patients
  • Provide routine healthcare services, including administering medication and performing procedures
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care in critical situations
  • Work closely with mental health professionals to identify, assess, and manage individuals in crisis
  • Educate patients on health-related issues and promote healthy lifestyles

Requirements
  • Recognised higher education qualification in Paramedic Science or a related field
