We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team as an ESOL Tutor in Southport. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping young minds thrive and be able to create, plan, and deliver 1:1 tailored and engaging lessons to vulnerable learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver 1:1 tailored and engaging lessons to vulnerable learners
  • Work with children and young people with a variety of learning needs
  • Use a creative, flexible, and holistic approach to raise attainment and improve the outlook of learners' educational journeys
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • UK classroom teaching experience
  • Ability to work with SEND or disengaged pupils
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service
  • Two professional child-related references
