YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an individual to join our Financial Crime Compliance team as the EMEA Head of Specialized Due Diligence Program. This role involves conducting and overseeing due diligence and periodic reviews of Transaction Banking's more complex and higher-risk client types. You will work with cross-divisional partners to develop and implement compliance controls and perform due diligence for SDDP clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the Financial Crime Compliance oversight function for EMEA SDDP clients, including controls managed by the first line of defense.
  • In coordination with Financial Crime Compliance and other stakeholders, lead due diligence for EMEA SDDP opportunities.
  • Enhance and execute ongoing oversight and monitoring of EMEA SDDP opportunities, in conjunction with Financial Crime Compliance and other stakeholders.
  • Project and due diligence tracking and execution, including maintaining necessary documentation for regulatory and audit purposes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of experience in an analytical or technical role in Financial Crimes Compliance, preferably in Global Transaction Banking, Corporate Cash Management, and/or Payments business of an international financial services organization.
  • Understanding of Financial Crime, AML, and terrorist financing trends and typologies.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to execute and manage projects independently.
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
