About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in the West Midlands as we continue to experience growth and success. Our team is collaborating closely with Severn Trent Water on their Capital Delivery Framework, part of a substantial c£2 billion capital programme for AMP7.

As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be required to work on-site five days a week. This role offers an incredible opportunity to be part of a significant project where you will become an integral member of a larger team. We are looking for individuals who are ready to help develop innovative solutions that improve the infrastructure ecosystem across the UK.

Requirements
  • A degree or HNC level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • A solid understanding of engineering principles.
  • Technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.
  • Experience in civil or MEICA construction.
  • A commitment to Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment, with a focus on personal safety and community well-being.
  • Integrity and a strong ethical approach, always doing the right thing in the right way.
  • A customer-focused mindset, striving for excellence by understanding, anticipating, and meeting client needs.
