Key Responsibilities- Delivering M&E Revit work accurately and on schedule.
- Creating precise drawings and models for various project stages, including Pre-Contract, Construction, and As-Built.
- Assisting in the development of a comprehensive drawing library featuring 2D, 3D, and BIM models for our equipment.
- Occasionally supporting the Pre-Con team with onsite surveys to ensure drawings meet client specifications.
This role requires collaboration with our Pre-Con and Project Management teams, necessitating both teamwork and the ability to work independently.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in Revit, with a proven ability to produce high-quality working drawings and models.
- A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical installations.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and strong work ethic, coupled with a desire to learn and grow.
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- HNC or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or architectural fields.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- A keen interest in emerging software technologies.
