Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at With Intelligence. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in the delivery team for the development and improvement of our data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Analysis: Analyze, document, and summarize existing workflows, systems, and data capture / processing capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with end users and stakeholders within the Data Teams to reflect how the business operates today and what the target state is.
- Requirements Gathering: Prepare and support requirements in the backlogs of our Data Capture, Data Automation, and Data Enrichment Development Squads.
- Documentation: Generate and maintain documentation of current data and editorial systems, applications, and workflows.
- Communication: Clearly articulate the business drivers, benefits, and desired outcomes of enhancements to enable prioritization of developments with traceability back to the business impact.
- Agile Participation: Participate in Agile events including stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and backlog refinement and preparation sessions.
- Data Analysis: Undertake data analysis to support decisions and prioritizations around improvements to data workflows.
- Testing: Undertake / participate in testing approach, planning, and activity to support development of tools and processes as required.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify stakeholders impacted by change and communicate progress and decisions to ensure expectations are managed and business readiness activities are aligned.
- Process Improvement: Actively seek feedback from end-users and stakeholders across the Data and Product teams to improve processes and solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years working in a data business.
- Business Analyst Experience: Previous experience in Business Analyst or equivalent role.
- Communication Skills: Good written communication skills.
- Agile Experience: Experience of working within an Agile environment.
- Data Skills: Experience of creating data documents and artefacts.
- Team Player: Team player.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability at stakeholder management.
- Data Analysis Skills: Data analysis skills such as SQL, PowerBI, etc. (desirable).
