Job Title: Service Desk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join our team at Chroma Recruitment. As a Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service desk performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on service desk performance metrics, including SLA compliance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service desk management role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in IT service management tools and technologies
