Job Title: Railway Infrastructure Planner

We are seeking a skilled Railway Infrastructure Planner to join our team at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing programmes, analysis of programmes, and communication within the team as required by the senior planner/planning manager during the tender stage and as required by the construction manager during the construction phase.

This role would suit an ambitious, driven individual who embraces the challenge of working within a high-performing and supportive team. Experience within the civil engineering industry is essential for this role, ideally coming from a main contractor background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain programmes and schedules for infrastructure projects
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to support project planning and decision-making
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other team members
  • Collaborate with the senior planner/planning manager to develop and implement project plans
  • Work closely with the construction manager to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in programme management and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
