Job Overview
A prominent and reputable real estate organization is expanding its operations in the UK. They are seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant from a distinguished accounting firm due to an internal advancement.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily manage the financial reporting for the UK portfolio, ensuring compliance with UK accounting regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial statements for a publicly listed company
  • Producing quarterly management accounts
  • Managing audit processes and maintaining relationships with auditors
  • Reporting directly to the UK Financial Controller and collaborating with the group
  • Conducting commercial analysis of portfolio performance
  • Developing budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a UK-trained ACA/ACCA professional from a reputable firm, preferably with experience in the property or real estate sector, either in an industry role or through client engagements.
