About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Minster Mill. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the food and beverage service to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Manage the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Develop and implement new ideas to improve the food and beverage service and increase customer satisfaction.
