About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation, Control, and Automation Technician to join our team at Southern Water. As an Instrumentation, Control, and Automation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, diagnosing, modifying, and installing instrumentation systems such as flow, level, pressure, temperature, and various chemical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair instrumentation systems to ensure they meet regulatory standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with instrumentation systems
  • Modify and install new instrumentation systems as required
  • Work with the team to ensure the smooth operation of our water treatment plants

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive package, including a salary range from £35,000 to £45,708.37 depending on skills and experience, plus overtime and on-call bonus. You will also receive a company van for business use only, a fuel card, and all necessary PPE, tools, uniform, and training to excel in your career at Southern Water.

Requirements

  • Level 3 NVQ qualification in a relevant field
  • Instrumentation, SCADA system, and/or control experience
